CONTROLLING LAW, JURISDICTION, INTERNATIONAL USERS AND ARBITRATION CLAUSE

This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, U.S.A., without reference to its conflicts of laws provisions.
