We utilize the Yahoo platform and every time you send us your credit card number and your billing and shipping information, we use the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent the information from being intercepted. We also encrypt your credit card number when we store your order and whenever we transfer that information to participating merchants. For added security, TonerForAutism.com also encrypts the credit card numbers which are stored on disk. Please trust that security for ordering is taken very seriously. Both as a company and as individuals, TonerForAutism.com orders products online all the time using credit cards. We feel as safe as we would paying for services or products in a store or restaurant. What do I do if I receive the wrong order? Does TonerForAutism.com have a return and exchange policy?

All returns must require a Return Authorization. Please contact us with the reason for return at customercare@imageonecorp.com or 1-800-799-5377. Merchandise without a return authorization form will be not be accepted. Any return authorizations open after 30 days will be cancelled and the return not accepted. Your merchandise must have been originally purchased from TonerForAutism.com to ensure proper credit.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE


Any merchandise purchased from TonerForAutism.com may be returned provided one of the following conditions is met:
  • The item is proven to be defective and was purchased less than 6 months previously.
  • The item is in a brand new, never been opened box & packing bag & within 60 days of purchase and is not a “final sale/nonreturnable” item.
  • The wrong cartridge was shipped in error to the customer.
Items may be returned to TonerForAutism.com at no charge to the customer provided one of the following conditions is met:
  • The item is proven to be defective and is not a “final sale/nonreturnable” item.
  • TonerForAutism.com shipped the wrong item in error.
Items not falling under the conditions above may be returned to TonerForAutism.com at a 20% re-stock fee to the customer provided the following conditions are met:
  • The item is in a brand new, never been opened box.
  • The item is 60 days old.
  • The item is not a “final sale/nonreturnable” product.

Can you explain how this program works as a fundraiser for TonerForAutism.com?

As a fundraising partner for TonerForAutism.com, you will receive a marketing packet from us which will include ideas and strategies to successfully communicate the TonerForAutism.com program to your community of supporters. Some of the suggested ways of marketing the program include ongoing email campaigns, direct marketing campaigns, word of mouth campaigns, etc. Five percent (5%) of all revenue generated for your group will come back to your organization each month. Since toner is a product that is used so frequently, every time one of your supporters orders from TonerForAutism.com, your organization will receive 5% of that sale. An example would be an individual who orders $500.00 each year with TonerForAutism.com – the fundraising partner organization would receive $25. If the fundraising partner organization has 50 supporters ordering $500 each, the organization will receive $1,250 per year! If you have 150 supporters - $3,750, 300 supporters - $7,500! And these numbers can multiply each year as more and more supporters sign up.

The fundraising partner organization ends up with an automatic fundraiser with virtually no effort since your organization will be receiving the 5% on an ongoing basis, as long as your supporters order through TonerForAutism.com.
